The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) is a not-for-profit corporation responsible for administrating the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act by overseeing regulations of the real estate industry in Ontario through a Board of Directors.
Aimed at reaching new couples and first-time home buyers, a bridal campaign and ad was developed to promote the value of visiting a realtor before making a home investment, complete with home-buying tips for newlyweds.
Crescent created an ad that was bright, aspirational, and forward-looking, with imagery conveying young couples in search of their dream home. Script and serif fonts were used to give the feeling of a wedding invitation. As a call to action, new and prospective home buyers were encouraged to connect with RECO through social media.
