About this project
An exercise in website architecture and user experience, C(Group led CICA through the reconfiguration of their site map and information hierarchy to yield a series of sites that were easy to navigate and find the information users need regardless of user role. Research and usability testing confirmed the strategy and approach.
The CICA works in collaboration with the Provincial Institutes/Ordre to ensure that the profession (Chartered Accountant) is well-positioned to respond to the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities presented in today’s marketplace. Their website is a content-rich hub at the intersection of the various arms-length organizations (standards boards and oversight councils) as well as other CICA microsites such as the CPAStore and CPAMagazine.
